This project was inspired by a conversation between 2 friends, producing an editorial. As they curated an entirely BIPOC team with ease, they realised there was no excuse for this industry to over look them anymore. So they started gathering names of creatives, which turned into long lists, which then turned into THIS platform. The Blueprint is a resource, and is one of many solutions to the lack of diversity in the creative industry.
